£99 Online Vehicle Reservation – Terms & Conditions

1.General

1.1. The £99 Online Vehicle Reservation service is provided by Pinkstone Cars Limited ("Pinkstones", "we", "us" or "our").

1.2. The service allows customers to reserve an eligible vehicle advertised on www.pinkstones.uk, subject to availability and these Terms & Conditions.

1.3. By completing an online reservation and making the £99 payment, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Reservation Payment

2.1. A payment of £99 is required to reserve an eligible vehicle through the Pinkstones website.

2.2. The £99 reservation payment is fully refundable, subject to the provisions set out below.

2.3. Where the customer proceeds with purchasing the reserved vehicle, the £99 payment will be credited towards the final purchase price.

2.4. The reservation payment does not constitute a deposit under a vehicle purchase agreement, nor does it create a binding contract for the purchase or sale of the vehicle.

3. Vehicle Availability and Reservation

3.1. Reservations are subject to the vehicle remaining available at the time the reservation is confirmed by Pinkstones.

3.2. Once confirmed, Pinkstones will temporarily withdraw the vehicle from general sale for the agreed reservation period.

3.3. A member of the relevant Pinkstones dealership team will contact the customer to discuss the vehicle, reservation and next steps.

3.4. Pinkstones reserves the right to cancel a reservation where the vehicle has already been sold, is unavailable, has been incorrectly advertised or cannot reasonably be supplied. In these circumstances, the £99 reservation payment will be refunded in full.

3.5. A reservation does not guarantee the customer's eligibility for finance, part-exchange valuation or any other associated product or service.

4. Reservation Period

4.1. The vehicle will be reserved for a period of 48 hours from confirmation of the reservation, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Pinkstones.

4.2. During this period, the customer should contact the relevant dealership to discuss the purchase or arrange to view the vehicle.

4.3. Pinkstones may extend the reservation period at its discretion.

4.4. If the customer does not proceed within the agreed reservation period, the reservation may expire and the vehicle may be returned to general sale.

4.5. Where a reservation expires without a vehicle purchase agreement being entered into, the £99 reservation payment will be refunded in full.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1. Customers may cancel their reservation at any time before entering into a separate vehicle purchase agreement.

5.2. If the customer decides not to proceed with the purchase, the £99 reservation payment will be refunded in full.

5.3. Refunds will ordinarily be made to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of the refund being processed, subject to the customer's payment provider.

5.4. If Pinkstones cancels a reservation for any reason, the customer will receive a full refund of the £99 payment.

5.5. Once a separate vehicle purchase agreement has been entered into, any subsequent cancellation will be governed by the terms of that agreement and applicable statutory consumer rights.

6. Vehicle Information and Pricing

6.1. Pinkstones makes reasonable efforts to ensure that vehicle descriptions, specifications, mileage, pricing and availability displayed on its website are accurate.

6.2. Vehicle details are provided for guidance and should be verified with the relevant dealership before entering into a purchase agreement.

6.3. Where a material error is identified in the vehicle's advertised information or price, Pinkstones will inform the customer before any purchase agreement is entered into.

6.4. If the customer does not wish to proceed following notification of such an error, the £99 reservation payment will be refunded in full.

6.5. The reservation payment does not guarantee that any finance quotation, promotional offer or part-exchange valuation will remain available.

7. Vehicle Purchase and Finance

7.1. Reserving a vehicle does not oblige the customer to purchase it.

7.2. Any subsequent vehicle purchase will be subject to a separate vehicle order or purchase agreement.

7.3. Where finance is required, any agreement will be subject to status, eligibility, affordability assessments and the terms of the relevant finance provider.

7.4. The £99 reservation payment does not constitute acceptance or approval of a finance application.

8. Customer Responsibilities

8.1. Customers must provide accurate contact and payment information when making a reservation.

8.2. Customers must be aged 18 or over to use the online reservation service.

8.3. Pinkstones reserves the right to decline or cancel reservations where there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent activity, misuse of the reservation service or unauthorised payment activity. Any refund due will be processed in accordance with applicable law.

9. Statutory Rights

9.1. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects the customer's statutory rights under applicable UK consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and, where applicable, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

9.2. The online reservation is separate from any subsequent vehicle purchase agreement. Any applicable statutory cancellation rights relating to that agreement will depend on the circumstances in which it is concluded.

10.2. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
