We purchased a MG HS Trophy on 25 plate, we are very happy with the car it performs excellent and is comfortable. Peter the new car sales gentleman was a pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond answering my wife questions also Jason sales manager was very helpful. Having been a Lexus owner for 15 years, I love the cars but had become very disillusioned after a number of instances of very poor service from Wolverhampton Lexus. As I was ready to change my RX I thought I would give Lexus Stoke a try. What a difference!! The service from George Rushton and Chris Garner has been absolutely first class! Just a couple of examples: - When I was still unsure about the NX after a test drive they delivered one to my house (35 miles from the dealership) so I could test it for a day and make sure I was certain before making a purchase. They also brought my old RX back washed and vacuumed! -I traded in my RX during January and picked up my NX in April - on both occasions I visited the dealership I was dropped off / picked up at the railway station - no messing with taxis. As for the NX I'm delighted, I thought it might feel a bit of a backward step after the RX but it is a beautiful drive and is such an improvement on the older version. Thanks George and Chris for all of your help and for showing that there are still Lexus dealerships that provide world class service.
